Modulatory Excursion for the Theory III Class

Dear Colleagues,

If some of you teach theory III or related materials, especially modulation, you may find it interesting to check the short video (link pasted below). As preparation for our final examination, we composed a modulation making use of several devices: conventional use of common chord, enharmonic use of common chord via Mm7 and dim7, and common tone. The tonality path is this: F-A-g#-G-Bb. Thanks to a relatively large student group in one of my theory III classes, we managed to sing this decently. I hope you enjoy the modulatory excursion!
